Beginning your custom landscape design is easy! Simply,

  • Complete the Questionnaire Online

  • Visit the Garden Center

  • Call us at 931-388-3421

Once your completed Landscape Questionnaire has been received, a member of our design team will contact you within 2–3 business days to further discuss your vision. To schedule an on-site consultation—where our designer will walk your landscape, assess your space, and explore your preferences—a $250 Consult/Design Fee is required.

As a valued design client, when you choose Fernwood Garden Center to complete your installation, the full consult/design fee will be applied toward the total cost of your project.

The Consult/Design Fee of $250 Includes:

  • An Initial Home Visit

  • Off-Site Drawing of Your Black & White Design

  • Photo Renderings of the Proposed Landscaping

  • Plant List and Estimate

The designer will create your custom proposal off-site and send it to you 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment.

*All consultation fees are non-refundable. You must give 48-hours notice to reschedule an appointment.
